THE RESET HOUR
The Reset Hour:
a standalone practice or to complement your Aikido journey
The Reset Hour is a weekly opportunity to pause, recharge, and reconnect—both physically and mentally. Each Tuesday offers a different approach to wellness, bringing together a variety of practices designed to support mobility, strength, mindfulness, and overall balance.
Whether you’re looking to release tension, build resilience, or simply take a moment for yourself, Reset Hour provides a welcoming space to reset and restore.
Weekly Schedule:
In general, classes offered will look as follows:
1st Tuesday – Body, Mind & Breath: This class borrows from such worlds as embodiment, breath work, and mindfulness to support your body-mind integration.
2nd Tuesday – Core Body Development: Strengthen your center with exercises that support stability, posture, and overall movement.
3rd Tuesday – Yoga: A balanced (Hatha/ Ashtanga) yoga session to build flexibility, strength, and calm.
4th Tuesday – Mobility: Improve range of motion, joint health, and functional movement through focused mobility work.
5th Tuesday – Mindfulness: Slow down and cultivate presence through simple, accessible mindfulness practices.
Each session is open to all levels and complements your aikido practice—or stands on its own as a way to support your well-being.
